CONSIST is operating from its own facilities consisted of Head Office and Training Complex which is located approximately 100 meters apart.

The Head Office is an 8 storey block and CONSIST College occupied Level 1 to Level 5.  Other support facilities are Student Service Centre, Administration Office, Student Centre, Cafe, Classrooms, Lecture Hall, Library, Computer Centre, Praying Area and others.

Facilities at the Training Complex sprawling over an acre comprises of Registration Office, Main Hall, Life Boat Station, Fire Training Ground, Praying Area, Safety Shop, 25 Meters Lap Pool, Wave Pool, First Aid Room, Jumping Platform, Pavilion, 7 Classrooms, 3 Studios and others.  The latest facility that has been developed in the complex is the state of the art purpose built simulator building which is called CONSIST Aviation Training Theatre (CATT) for safety and survival training for the Aviation Industry.
